July 11th 2016 Council meeting:
The Township of Georgian Bay rescinded By-law 2016-37, otherwise known as the Six Mile Lake OP amendment. During this Council meeting, Counselors also addressed questions pertaining to the refund requested by the Six Mile Lake cottagers association. A summary of the minutes can be found here.
More importantly however, Council directed Mr. Popovich to prepare a report for the September meeting in regards to oversized cottages throughout the Township. This report will focus on how the TGB can hinder development . . .
