Original Post: On September 21st 2016, the SMLRA had sent a letter (download link) to Council requesting permission to record all future COA meetings. Our request did not state that the SMLRA intended to broadcast any recordings to the general public. The matter was heard on October 12th 2016 during Octobers COW meeting.
