On Aug 14th 2017, the Township of Georgian Bay had passed a resolution extending the Interim Control By-Law for an additional year, while also initiating an OP amendment. Gross Floor Area variance requests will not be accepted until October 2018 (unless the ICBL is repealed sooner)
